Principal’s Message

Dear NISA Students and Families,

It is with great excitement that I write this letter of introduction to you as the  Principal of NayPyiTaw International Science Academy.  I am honored to have the opportunity to lead a school with such persevering students, an extremely dedicated staff, and a supportive school community.  I feel very fortunate to be part of this school and to support the students and families. It is my third year at NISA.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Languages, Baku,  Azerbaijan, and Master’s Degree in International Relationship from Diplomatic Academy, Moscow, Russia.

I have three children, Abubakir , who is 13 and in the 8th grade, and Aisha, who is 11 and in the 6th grade and Hasan, who is 7 and in the 2nd grade at NISA.

I have been dedicated to the field of education for more than eighteen years working as a teacher, vice-principal, and principal in different schools in Azerbaijan and Russia.

I view education as a life-long process and expect that I will continue to learn much about the uniqueness of Myanmar and its traditions this year and in the years to come.   Most importantly, I bring a belief that students are at the center of all school-related decisions.  I am excited to unite my experience and my student-centered approach to support our students.  Because the relationships between families and the school are vital to the success of our students, I encourage you to become involved in every way possible.  NayPyiTaw International Science Academy is preparing its students to be successful academically and socially at  the school. This is a direct result of the partnership between the school staff and parents who provide a diversity of experiences for the students. Parents, teachers, support staff, community, and administration all have important roles in encouraging our students to become life-long learners. It is my desire to provide opportunities for our students to acquire the skills necessary to become productive citizens in our changing society. Through a close partnership with everyone associated with NayPyiTaw International Science Academy, I am confident that we can continue having a very successful school year. Please feel free to stop in and say hello, as my door is always open. If there is anything that I can assist you with, please do not hesitate to contact me. My email address is principalnisa@bfi-edu.com.
