Mrs. Annalyn Gadin Mogol
Mrs. Annalyn Gadin Mogol, from the Philippines, is honored to serve as the Principal of Naypyitaw International School of Acumen (NISA). With 25 years of experience in education, she brings a deep commitment to fostering an environment where every student can thrive. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education majoring in General Science. Additionally, she has a Master’s Degree in Administration and Supervision.
Her career journey has taken her from the Philippines, where she worked as a classroom teacher, Primary Coordinator, High School Coordinator, and School Principal, to Sharjah, UAE, where she served as Vice-Principal and School Principal. She has dedicated a year to NISA and has spent 13 years teaching and leading schools. Her passion lies in seeing children and young adults challenged to grow and reach their full potential.
As the new academic year begins, she is excited to share her experiences and collaborate with outstanding staff, supportive parents, and enthusiastic students. She aims to make this year one filled with inspiring lessons, meaningful connections, and memorable experiences. Together, she and the NISA community will continue to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for students.

Mrs. Naw He Mu Paw
Mrs. Naw He Mu Paw is the Head of the Nay Pyi Taw International School of Acumen - Preschool campus. She has been with the BFI Company for over 18 years. Her goal is to deliver a high-quality educational experience to nursery, pre-KG, and KG students. She aims to achieve this by setting high professional standards and providing a nurturing and supportive environment where children can flourish in all areas.
She holds a B.A. in Teaching and a B.A. in Communicative English. Passionate about professional development in early childhood education, she has completed multiple courses during her career, including the Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) program from Cambridge University.
At Nay Pyi Taw International School of Acumen - Preschool, she and her team strive to make each child's educational experience both successful and enjoyable. Through active participation and collaboration, combined with their best professional efforts, they work to achieve the highest educational outcomes for all students.
